Easter: The Reality of God's Will

Hebrews 2:
8. ...Yet at present we do not see everything subject to him. 9. But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone. 10. In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering.

For God so loved the world that He wanted to bring the unrighteous and the self-righteous, the good and the scum, to glory - so He gave His only Son to unspeakable suffering...and death. So that whosoever touches Jesus can have everlasting life.

The secret to discovering the reality of God's Will seems to be "...see(ing) Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death..."

Are you looking for Jesus in the middle of your troubles? How about in the middle of your uncertainties? Are you seeing Him in your discouragement, or suffering, or frustrations? If you will look for Him you will find Him, the Bible promises that.

If you can see Jesus now in your present circumstances then someday you will see Him in His glory.

1 John 3:1. How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. 2. Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when he appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.

That is the reality of God's Will.
